HOW IT WORKS
You are about to embark on an interactive journey to share how key life events in and outside of your work and education have shaped who you are today.
It's a small investment of time, but it will be worth it. As well as creating a rich visualisation of your career path, you'll be creating an asset that will inspire others who are seeking to explore the next step, or their first step, in their career journey.
You need to first set up an account and fill in personal information.
Our Platform guides you through a series of questions to help build your profile and share the story of your career journey. By reflecting on key life events—both inside and outside of work—you create a detailed map of the experiences that have shaped who you are today.
This is a small investment of your time, but it’s one that pays off. Not only will you generate a clear, visual representation of your career path, but you’ll also create an inspiring resource for others. Whether someone is considering their next move or taking their very first step, your story can help guide and motivate them along the way. In a future release, there may also be the potential to connect with career mentors who may provide guidance and support tailored to your journey, helping you explore your next steps with confidence.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of services by us to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Statutory Rights).
Our liability to you is governed solely by the ACL and these Terms. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about:
- the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the information you obtain from the use of our Platform or Services; or
- whether the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis.
We expressly disclaim all conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute except for your Statutory Rights.
Subject to your Statutory Rights, we will in no way be liable to Users for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any nature or type (including any physical, mental or emotional injury, death, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue or profits) as a result of your use of the Platform, or anything related directly or indirectly to your use of our Platform or Services. We also do not accept any responsibility for and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance by any User of any information on the Platform or accessed by any User though the Services provided on the Platform.
When your Statutory Rights apply, to the extent possible, our liability in respect of any claim is limited to, at our option:
- The supply of any Services again; or
- The payment of the cost of having any Services supplied again, and
in any event, our liability to you will not exceed AUD$100.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We are only providing a service to assist individuals to create an environment where they can record their employment, education and experience journeys and paths to assist themselves and others. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and us or any User as a result of these Terms and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind us in any respect whatsoever.
FUTURE FEATURES; FUNDING DEPENDENCY AND NO RELIANCE
From time to time, the Platform, our videos, product screens, roadmaps or other communications may describe planned or potential features, functionality or services (‘Future Features’). Future Features are illustrative only and are not currently available and are not part of the Services unless and until we state that they are generally available.
The development, timing and release of any Future Features are contingent on factors outside our control, including (without limitation) securing further funding, technical feasibility, prioritisation, third-party dependencies and regulatory considerations. We may change, defer or decide not to proceed with any Future Feature at any time and without liability to you.
You acknowledge and agree that you must not rely on any statements, visuals or materials about Future Features when using the Platform or making any decision, and that your use of the Platform relates only to the current state of the Services available at the time of use.
If we make any pre-release, beta or pilot functionality available, it is provided “as is”, may be suspended or withdrawn without notice, and may not be compatible with future releases. Nothing in this clause limits your Statutory Rights under the ACL.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including interactions with other Users, shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties in good faith. Both parties agree to act reasonably and promptly to attempt to resolve any issue.
All information disclosed during the dispute resolution process, as well as any information obtained through the Platform or shared between Users, must remain strictly confidential. You must not disclose, share, or post any details of the dispute, related communications, or any information about other users publicly or on social media platforms.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions within a reasonable period, the parties may seek mediation or another alternative dispute resolution process before taking any legal action. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court where necessary.
GENERAL
If we do not enforce any of our rights or any part of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived those rights or that provision.
No breach of these Terms will be considered waived unless the party who did not breach expressly agrees in writing.
Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us. You do not have any authority to act on our behalf or bind us in any way.
If a court or other competent authority finds any clause of these Terms to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. If part of a clause can be removed to make it lawful or enforceable, that part will be treated as deleted, and the rest of the clause will continue to apply, unless doing so would contradict the clear intention of the parties—in which case the entire clause will be treated as deleted.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter and replace any previous agreements, arrangements, or understandings relating to the same subject.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania which are in force from time to time and both you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tasmania for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
These Terms were last modified December 2025 and are effective from that date.
